"Wonderful stay in this hotel with excellent service , food and room! Highly recommended !"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. Although it was not warm enough for swimming, it was great to take outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi under the moonlight."

"Really good stay. Concierge team was exceptional amongst a great overall service experience from the hotel staff."

"Beatiful location. Very nice view. Most of the staff was very nice. Eventhough most of them didn't speak english, they were carrying the device to translate. Good food. Just inform properly about amount of spicy. Very good breakfast, several options. Western and asian style."

"It was really nice, clean, close to the beach and the food was really delicious."

"Clean room, nice personals, fantastic breakfast and good massage (spa)"

"room very well clean。 staff are polite and helpful。 theres a night market just infront of the hotel and meal are very convenient around the area. Just a few mins walk to the seaside"

"Really highlights the breakfast and the pool!"

"I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. "

"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"Everything about this place was great , highly recommend staying here to anyone ! I was amazed about our housekeeping attention to detail , most amazing housekeeping service ever experienced !"

"Hotel staff are not friendly so do not expect any greetings nor smiles from them. They were not helpful nor keen in giving information about attractions nearby. Getting your luggage to and from the room was not convenient as there wasn’t any lifts. We had to carry our own luggage up the stairs so do not carry any heavy luggage if you decide to stay here. No bellboy here. "

"Two thumbs up. Nice stay, nice beach, nice staff, all good"
