For this particular home, pool heat is $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. We require a 5 day notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay. Please note, this home has an electric pool heater. This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. - The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via a third-party platform operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

- Maximum of 2 pets under 35lbs each, $100 fee per pet required.
