The condo is located 2 miles North of 101 at Hayden. Close to Mayo and Honor Health Hospitals, as well as fine dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, pickleball, tennis, and easy access to many fun activities and events happening all over Scottsdale, and the Valley.

Minimum stay: 3 months
We will try to accommodate longer term stays, or extend your stay if dates are open.

This condo location offers the convenience of resort-style living in an upscale residential community. Grocery, shopping, fine and casual dining, premiere golf, hiking, parks, tennis, pickle ball, and sporting events are all just minutes from condo either by walking, bike, or car.

Condo is located on the 2nd Floor at the end of the building with a grassy lawn on one side and a staircase that is shared by only one other unit, leading the way to a semi-private entry. There are 2 Reserved Parking spaces closest to the front door and gas grills.
King bed in primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two large closets. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and double-door closet, as well as easy access to a full-size bathroom across the hallway and office nook.

Gas grills and people/dog walking paths are just outside the condo. The private balcony was recently updated with new flooring and furniture and zen like garden and fountain.

Linens, basic kitchen cooking and dining supplies are all provided. Smart TV in living room and Master BR, as well as internet for your personal sign in to your favorite TV apps. Large capacity washer and dryer located in condo office nook. Open kitchen offers Bosch cooking range, microwave, and dishwasher, and a French door refrigerator. Quartzite kitchen counter and marble tops in both bathrooms. The guest bathroom has extra cabinet storage.

Condo is an easy walk to one of three heated, saltwater Pools, Hot tub, and Club House. Inside the Club House is a big screen theater room that seats 20 with over 500 movies to watch on demand, as well as open for big events like the Super Bowl and holiday parties. There is a full lounge area with a coffee and tea bar open daily. Card and board games, billiard tables, Xbox and Wii game room, daily newspapers, magazines, free Internet and concierge services are all available for your use.

With a 3000SF gym open 24 hours within walking distance of the condo, you'll always have convenient access to a workout, indoor jog/walk on tread mills, and weight area...free use for guests.

The resident Chef prepares meals for booking and purchase throughout each month. Extra fee is charged for this service booked through the concierge per meal.

The concierge is there to help with general information, faxes, and receiving small packages in your absence, as well as pointing you in the right direction for events and general info in the area.

Outdoor living area with plush seating, pool and spa, fireplace and gas barbecues. Brand new Scottsdale Community Park next door that offers 54 acres of playgrounds, basketball courts, walking/running/biking trails, pickleball, and lighted ball parks. All guests can enjoy golf at the nearby courses such as: TPC (Home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open), Troon, and Grayhawk and many more elite courses. Tons of hiking trails, and great shopping (Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall) and many amazing places to dine all within minutes from condo door.

Mayo Clinic is 5.8 miles, Honor Health (Thompson Peak) is less than a mile. Easy access to the 101 freeway (3-5 minutes), and close to Sky Harbor International Airport (approx. 20 mins). Luxury shopping at Fashion Square near Old Town, Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge Shopping Mall, Kierland Commons Mall. Major events at Westworld (Barrett Jackson car auction and Arabian Horse shows) The FBR Open (Phoenix Open) golf tournament, Glendale Arena (Arizona Cardinals home of the 2008 & 2015 & 2023 Super Bowl) and Phoenix Coyotes, Mayo Clinic, and Honor Health all within a short distance and minutes of property. Spring Training with Cactus League exhibition games every day usually starting mid Feb going till end of March.
