However, I thought the view of the mountains were breath taking. The backyard was perfect, the view and the set up. The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating.
