No Parties / Events (Zero Tolerance): This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a strict no party / no event policy. The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, removal of the listing from booking platforms, and immediate termination of the stay without refund. Security & Noise Monitoring (Disclosure): A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to verify occupancy and for emergency/security purposes only. A second camera monitors the pool equipment enclosure only. There are no cameras inside the home. The property is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This device does not record audio or conversations—it only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring). Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be requested in advance.
