Very clean, seems to be newly updated. Nice kitchen, could use a few more utensils / pans. Couple of other small nits that we didn't highlight till we left, that the owner is going to fix. Neat casita which is kind of like a separate apartment. Very attentive managers. We had a group of 4 guys out for a weekend and it had evertyhing we needed. The house was very clean, the furniture is nice and new, the beds relatively comfortable, and the backyard was perfect for our needs. Only a few minor suggestions for the owner - please provide hand towels and more than just two or three washclothes. We did not like having to use a bath or beach towel as a hand/face towel. Also, the casita is great; however, the other 3 of us ladies would lock the house doors at night, and the person staying in the separate casita could not get into the main house until someone else was up in the morning. A key for the backdoor was not provided. All in all, a fabulous house in a good location! ##### Dana H.
