Leather couches, 65 inch 4k tv, stereo system, xbox one for those kids that can't live with out it.( you bring the games), free internet, Kodi, Netflix and furnished with all the kitchen dishes and silverware...Outside is pool chairs, outdoor patio set, outdoor fire pit , charcoal and gas grill for you're taste. You are also welcome to pick any fruit off the trees when in season. ( red ruby grapefruit , lemon and lime)..They are great for cooking or making a refreshing cocktail.
