Report Any Issues Promptly • Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay. • Guests are responsible for any and all damages, lost or stolen items, decor, furnishings, etc that occur during their stay. The house and furnishings were clean and in fairly good condition. The owner may want to know that the oven had not been cleaned lately and in warming up pizza we set off the fire alarm. The irrigation system made the backyard pretty wet and muddy so we passed on the yard fun setup. The hot tub was enjoyed by some family members.
