Gorgeous corner lot home with a private pool and hot tub.

Spacious corner single level home in North Scottsdale. This home has 2400 square feet of living space. The house is a three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The house has no steps , perfect for guests with limitations. The VRBO map does not show the exact location of the home, but the home is NOT near a major street , and is very quiet.

The home is in walking distance to great shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. A quick 5 minute drive to TPC Scottsdale, Home of the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Multiple hiking options in the area. Great access to HWY101 and HWY51 gets you to all the places you want to go quickly.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with plenty of dresser space and a private bathroom with a double vanity. The guests bedrooms are separated by a spacious bathroom with a double sink , both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds..

The house has an inground five foot deep PLAY POOL (non diving ) which is UNHEATED, also has a six person hot tub. Both pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned and checked every Monday. The yard has plenty of lounging / sitting areas. A picnic table overlooking the pool is a great way to enjoy your meal or snack in between swims. While swimming you can enjoy music with the provided JBL outdoor speaker via Bluetooth. Pool is UNHEATED - Ideal Swim Season May thru Early Oct.


CLEANING
We have always been very particular about cleanliness, and want to let you know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe from the spread of unwanted viruses. Our team takes great care to sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypad entry lock, etc. We use high quality disinfectants and sanitizers as prior to each guest arrival.

HOT TUB is for adults only, no children under the age of 17 are allowed in, HOT TUB cannot be used for a play pool for kids under 17.

Wonderful house for our girls trip! Shaded pool allowed for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation even in the heat of July! House had everything we needed plus bonus arcade games and a dart board. Highly recommend this house. Hosts were also great and made the process super easy.

Anniversary Weekend

Dan and Shelly AWESOME hosts! The home is BEAUTIFUL and was very clean and it had everything in it and love the location (everything was in a short distance). The host check in on us to make sure everything was ok and if there were any concerns or questions. The master bedroom was very comfortable. I just can’t say enough how lovely and comfortable everything was. If i ever come back to the area again - I know where to stay! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here! . THANK YOU AGAIN

The property was perfect. It was a golf get-away and we could not have asked for a better location. The place was very clean. The hosts were amazing, they gave us great locations to enjoy meals and accommodated our travel needs, could not ask for better. Thank you for such a wonderful property where we didn’t have to worry about anything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our son loved the game room with us as well. We also look for a home in this area because of its close location to Mayo Clinic/hospital. It was an easy drive and no worries. We would book again!

Great Stay in Scottsdale!

We rented to visit our son, who works in Scottsdale. The house has everything you need. We were able to cook for the family, as the kitchen is well-stocked and up to date, and there is a gas grill. The house has an incredible pool and hot tub. The shades over the pool are a a great feature, as the Arizona heat in July is no Joke! We were able to get into the pool throughout the day and take advantage of the shade. Be sure to use to foam pool loungers! The house is a great set up for vacations. There's a game room with games, two TV areas, 3 large bedrooms, and 2 updated bathrooms. Again, everything you need is included. This was appreciated, as the temp was over 110 every day- which limited outdoor activities until the evening. Dan was a great host. He communicated well, was able to provide flexibility and make the check in/out process easy, and checked in to make sure we were doing OK. Finally, this neighborhood is close to everything you want. Great restaurants, shopping, and other activities are all close. As a July bonus, we got fireworks we watched from the pool for the entire holiday weekend- with two displays on Saturday night. Regardless of time of year, or purpose for visiting, this home is definitely worth it.

I was in town for a conference, so my top priority list was finding a place close to the Scottsdale Fairmont Princess Hotel. Dan and Shelly's place checked that box and then some. I'm not sure I can add to the superlatives, as it's already been said many times that Dan and Shelly's place is great! My family and I agreed that it easily tied for first place with our previous top VRBO experience. Dan was a rockstar communicator, and as a communicator myself, I really appreciated his timely replies. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool and hot tub in Dan and Shelly's very private backyard. Even though my travels won't likely bring us back to these parts again, my hard-to-please husband said, "I would stay here again." THAT'S high praise coming from him! Thank you, again, Dan and Shelly!

Loved our stay!

Amazing property close to everything north Scottsdale has to offer. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It felt like home. Pool is very well kept and beds were comfortable. Master bathroom shower was like a spa. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. There was even a little gift for my granddaughter waiting for us. Will stay here again next time we are in town!

An Absolute Gem

This by far was our favorite vacation rental. It’s perfectly located, with easy access to the phoenix loop, a few minutes from the Scottsdale Quarter for some high end shopping, and about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. We fell in love with this place day one, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, the king size bed and linens were beyond hotel quality. The bathrooms, updated, with a spacious infinity shower. The pool and back patio were well equipped to comfortably, privately, lay out in the sun and cool off from the warm Arizona day. We got to use the hot tub after our day long hike in Sedona, it was perfect, with the most beautiful sunsets, palm tree shadows in the darkening blue sky. Our only regret was not having our kids and grandkids with us to share this Absolute Gem of a vacation home with. We look forward to our next visit.

Great location and house was super clean. We were in town for a baby shower and it was very thoughtful of the owners to leave a gift for our future granddaughter. Hopefully this house is available, when we come back out in the spring..

Perfect home- Perfect Location

This home was a great pick! First, the home has all that you need and more. Nice walk-in shower in Master bath. Kitchen fully supply like you were at your own home. Especially liked that the wlk-in pantry was accessible with needed items and had things that past renters left that might be useful. Back Patio was very relaxing and private. And loved the pool and hot tub to enjoy.(Thanks for the access to the rechargeable music box for outside) And the family room with all the games was very nice! I was able to play Pac-Man again (felt like a little kid :) ) The location was perfect too. Everything from eating, entertainment and golf were all within a short drive. We plan to stay here again when we come back to Scottsdale. Highly recommend this place!!!
