The door never did lock, but they did provide a stick to put in the rail of the patio door. He seemed to be very friendly but that was the only time I could get the him to respond to messages. There was confusion about where and how to use the pool and after 4 attempts to contact him, I never got a reply back so we never found or were able to use the pool. I was disappointed. This unit is an older one that they have made an effort at updating. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The street runs immediately behind the unit and it's on the first level so privacy is minimal. The patio is okay but not super comfortable or welcoming. Based on the photos in the listing, I expected it to be a little bit more than what it was. ##### Becky E.
