This luxury home is close to 3000 square feet and is beautifully appointed throughout. The thoughtful open floor plan is perfect for families and entertaining. The gourmet chef's kitchen is stocked with Thermador appliances, utensil drawers, cookware, and small appliances. In the large open living room, you will find upscale furniture and a 75-inch flat-screen TV. The open floor layout makes this home perfect for a group to spend time together. The amazing gym includes: Peloton Bike, Tonal Smart Gym (all in one fitness & strength training), Power Plate-Vibration Plate, TRX, hand weights, and stretching/yoga mats. The private backyard is beautifully landscaped with mature palm trees and citrus trees. There is a large covered patio with sectional seating, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, and a large outdoor dining table. The outdoor patio is composed of imported travertine tile. This is an amazing home in a quiet neighborhood with private outdoor entertainment such as a saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, and putting green. It easily accommodated the five of us, we never ran out of hot water, the whole house was stocked with everything we needed, the property was clean and well kept, and it even had fruit trees in the back yard. The saltwater pool was such a plus, the outdoor entertainment area was great for a break from the sun and watching the playoffs, and the large outdoor dining table made for great dinners with the family. The house is so close to stores, old town, attractions, and just about anything you would need. Very convenient and safe area. Sarah is a wonderful and thoughtful host. She was communicative from the very beginning and made sure we had a great stay. Overall, the trip was a huge success and we really hope to come back and stay again. ##### Jake B. From the start, Sarah was in communication with us. We felt very welcomed. The house was very clean and spacious. Bedroom layout gave everyone privacy. The backyard was resort-like. The inside of this house was equally comfortable. This was a family get together and we could not have enjoyed ourselves any more than we did.
