This is a beautifully upgraded, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fully fenced sparkling pool, pool table, and comfortable mattresses. Fully furnished home ready for you. This home is close to incredible golf courses and TPC, top rated restaurants, resorts and spas, boutique and essential shopping.

For those who like to cook, the kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, fridge, stove top, k-cup coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, and utensils.

By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules and Booking Policies:

1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening: By moving forward with this reservation, a rental agreement must be signed by the primary guest. You give permission to the property manager to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Verification requires uploading a valid ID, Drivers License, or Passport, along with a self photo of the primary reservation holder. Confirmed reservations are conditional and may be cancelled pending verification results.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
5. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, unless with written permission from your host.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed. We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
10. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.
11. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

Very nice, spacious home with a lovely back yard patio. Fruit trees in bloom and smelled wonderful. Comfortable beds, slept well. Lots of room to sit together in the laundry living room to chat or watch TV. Nice neighborhood to take morning or evening walks.

Overall our stay was great! The house was the perfect option to accommodate my family and our travel needs. Located to a ton of restaurants, grocery and the highway. Check in was a bit frustrating. We were given two sets of four numbers for the door code, and there were no instructions on how to open the door. None of the numbers worked. It took a bit to get into the house after texting back and forth with the property manager. Explicit directions for locking and unlocking the door would be very helpful. Once inside, we couldn’t get the TVs to work - the internet was not functioning. After more back and forth with management, we got the main TV to work the remaining time, for the most part. I did have to reset the router a couple times. The house was a little beat up and the outdoor patio furniture was dirty/dusty (would have been nice to have the table hosed off prior to our arrival), but overall the property suited us well. We had a great time.

Check in door code did not work. We called and texted the agency and it took an hour for someone to send a new code so that we could access the home. Home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Various items need maintenance - reported to agent. Home situated within a nice neighborhood close to 101 freeway - freeway noise can be heard. Overall a good visit, thank you.

Great location, property needs some TLC. Beds not the most comfortable, electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling fan in one bedroom, grill igniter was not working, several light bulbs out on deck and pool area.

We had a very easy time staying at this property. It came with all the amenities described in the listing. Management was easy to work with when we did have questions. We would stay here again.

The location was excellent, close by to hiking trails. Right off the 101 freeway but did not hear any of the freeway noise. The house is spacious with comfortable beds. Appreciated the spices and coffee pods stocked in the kitchen. The pots and pans could use a better inventory some of them were a little sad looking. The backyard pool area was lovely, complete with a grapefruit and an orange tree. Brand new washer and dryer. The only issues we had were with the bathrooms - the main bath has an excellent shower and double sinks but next to no water pressure for the toilet. The second bathroom has fine water pressure for the toilet but the tub shower combo did not work- the mechanism to transfer the water from the tub faucet up to the shower head was completely missing as was the drain plug to hold water for a tub. If there is a large group staying in the house you are really only able to use one bathroom for all your needs in spite of there being 2 actual bathrooms. Nice nest thermostat kept the house at a comfortable temp the whole time. Quiet neighborhood with close by access to Target and grocery store.
