We are the perfect spot for any stay with rooms available from 3 nights to 1 year! Quick getaway, summer internship, relocation and snowbirds- we host it all!

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Furnished with a king size bed as well as a pull out sofa bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

The grounds were beautiful and very well kept. The pool was warm and the apartment was clean. The bed however was so bad that we were unable to sleep on it. Any movement and the springs squeaked and you could feel them through the mattress cover. When we expressed our concern the property manager offered immediately to replace the mattress, but it would take another day to get it. We were very happy with the responsiveness and anxiously awaited the arrival of the new mattress. Unfortunately, after a day of being out and about we were informed that the wrong mattress was delivered and they would not be able to replace it. We stayed another night, but made the decision to leave as we were just miserable. The property and amenities are wonderful, if only the mattress would match the quality.

We really enjoyed all the amenities that this place had. The apartment was just right for what we need. Did not realize that the couch was going to be a pull-out couch, so it was not as comfortable as we would have liked. Would have liked more dishes, so we could have used the dishwasher. We had to wash the dishes my hand so that we would have enough plates by the next meal.

Such a wonderful rental!

So glad we stayed here. The staff was fantastic, room was very clean, pool was fun and there’s a lot of other activities like outdoor Jenga, bocce ball, etc. Loved that it was a quiet place. We’d stay here again!

Great location for home base

Outdated appliances, very cheap furniture, limited silverware, only 4 of everything. The bed was horrendous.Boingy springs very low to the ground and a cramped space.The pool and hot tub were awesome, except the last night hottub was cold, called the managment and never got a call back. Also, hot water was unavailable 2 different days while we were here. Broken glass and dust bunnies underneath the table by the couch. The floors were covered in a layer of fine dirt/dust. Never could get our feet clean. wcold.

Great location

This property is adjacent to a green belt park that runs for miles in either direction. They have playgrounds, frisbee golf, basketball courts, and a walking/biking/roller blade paved path. The stay also offers free golf at a local course and they have clubs free for use. The room itself is as advertised; it’s small but very adequate. The outdoor spaces are quite nice with shade and nice, comfortable outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again!
