The problem was with the cleanliness of the unit. My wife spotted 3 cockroaches. We simply didn’t want to risk contaminating our belongings. The carpet is old and filthy. They did let me out of the contract for the unused nights. The refused to refund the cleaning fee. Preposterously, they collected taxes on the nights we left early and refused to refund them. Very comfy bed, terrific shower, kitchen was stocked with all the tools I needed to prepare several meal for myself. Great location east of the 101 highway, which allowed easy access to areas around Scottsdale, and north to Payson for a day trip. The beautiful pool offered a great way to cool down after a day of hiking and exploring. I would definitely consider staying here again if ever back to the Scottsdale area. ##### Michael J. The condo was a perfect size for two of us, had all the things we would need for our short stay. Grocery store was across the street, getting to the places we needed was a breeze from the location and it was a short drive to the airport as well. Kimberly was super responsive as we had a few lost messages but we were able to get things situated quickly. Pool was an added bonus.
