It’s in a great location, central to everything we did. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. House was great. Wonderful master suite. Beds were comfortable and supportive. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a garage to pull into at night. House is on a main road right next to a school. We could hear some traffic but it did not bother us. We did not pay to heat pool, but used the hot tub. Strict quiet hours/limits on hot tub use, but we were able to work within the guidelines. Just make sure you are aware of them prior to booking. Location worked for us. Quiet area - yet we felt fairly close to everything. I will definitely bookmark this property for any future trips! ##### Melissa F. Great neighbourhood very safe. We went for many walks in the evening and felt very secure. Also we were close to everything from shopping centres restaurants to grocery stores. A very clean cute three bedroom with two baths beautiful pool area with an awesome hot tub and great size poo!! Definitely we would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties when we visit Phoenix again!!Thanks, Danny, Mia, Lila our Christmas was exactly what we wanted! ##### Christine H.
