Peaceful, private home with pool & hot tub

Relax and enjoy the peace & tranquility of your own pool, fire table, hot tub, yard games & covered patio. Close to the famous Fountain, dining, golf, bike trails, hikes & shops. Dining inside or out under the café lights or viewing the milky way from the cozy firepit & hot tub. Fountain Hills is considered a dark sky community so stargazing is ideal. Primary features king pillowtop bed, easy access to hot tub or soak in private jetted tub. 2 other private guest rooms. 2 car garage. Pool can be heated with 2 day notice and min 3 days of heat for additional $40 per night booked. If requested/paid Heated pool in Spring will be 82-84 degrees. Winter depends on how cold it gets over night, 75 if cover is replaced each night.

The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

This house moves to the top of our list of VRBO places we have stayed. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Outside area is like your own little oasis with Hot tub, pool and fire pit. The bed was very comfortable and the layout was perfect. I cant say enough about Amy, she was great to work with pre stay and her suggestion which I ask for many... were spot on. She even left us some flowers and treats for our 40th wedding anniversary. Amy is the poster of a perfect host. I want to thank her again in this review. If you are looking for a place to stay that is out of the hustle of phoenix/Scottsdale but close enough for a short drive to old town or any other attraction in the phoenix area I would stay here. Thank you so much for having us into your home. We had one week with a long time best friends couple and finished off the second week with five days spent with daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. The house was perfect for those situations. We enjoyed the well stocked game cupboard, pool, toys, deep pool for three-dimensional grandkid play, a bottle of wine, wine glasses for several wine categories, a few things that you had that we thought we didn’t need, air fryer, and much more. Certainly helped make it our best AZ vacation!

Not only was the house, immaculate, but it was stocked with everything a person could possibly need on a vacation. Even down to the kitchen had every amenity necessary. There were tons of soft fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable. And the yard was really nice to sit and eat a meal in the backyard. Also, the host rep replied to text almost immediately and was very positive.

Fountain Hills is a great location. The home is stocked with necessities and the managers are generous with towels. That is a plus in a home with a pool. The pool itself is excellent. Very deep and would be great for teens. It is in the sun for most of the day with some natural shade if it gets too hot.

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The kitchen was insanely well stocked with anything you need (and more) as well as all the pool accessories, games, Bluetooth speaker, to-go cups, I mean literally anything we needed we had! The only surprise to me was that there was only one shower for the entire house, but with four guests we made it work! The pool was beautiful and we just had the best time! Would book again!

Perfect Arizona Getaway

We stayed in this lovely Fountain Hills home as part of spring break. The amenities, particularly the pool and hot tub, were a huge bonus and a total hit with our kids. The host was outstanding, and we didn’t have any problems. Plus, the Fountain Hills area had enough to keep us busy without going to Phoenix.

Wonderful home and neighborhood

Fantastic Getaway

We spent the Thanksgiving week here and had a great time soaking up the warm weather and enjoying the heated pool and hot tub. The house was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect oasis in the desert

The property was perfect! Just as described and in the pictures. Plenty of space for our stay and the outdoor space was great for relaxing and cooling off from the heat. Close to the center of Fountain Hills and to restaurants and stores. Amy was a great host and communicated everything we needed for the stay. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the Phoenix area!

Fantastic Oasis

This place is fantastic. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in dark sky community. The home is amazingly well stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, games, and kitchen accessories. The pool is great and the sound of the waterfall is very relaxing. It has all the comforts of home with the luxury of being on vacation. The owner is super responsive as well. I would happily return in the future and recommend it to anyone!
