Old Town Gem 💎 All Inclusive ❤️ Community Pool

  • Modern accents throughout while still feeling comfortable and cozy make the space bright and livable. Brand new bathrooms and flooring as well as a recently updated kitchen makes this gem a diamond in the rough. Enjoy 55” smart TV in the living room with YouTube TV service.

    The largest bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, 50” smart TV, King memory foam mattress and large closet.

    The second bedroom has a queen bed and is right across the hallway from another full bathroom.

    The condo is located in the South Scottsdale area within minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Nestled in the middle of the community with close proximity to the pool. Coin operated community laundry room is available for guest use during their stay within the building.

    The community was constructed in the early 1970s but you wouldn’t know it from inside. This location is the first floor of a two story building with a unit above you.
