Pool & Spa Heating Policy:
Pool and spa heating is optional and available for an additional fee. The pool heat fee is $100 per night or $500 per week, while spa-only heating is available for $50 per night.
To ensure the pool or spa is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

Strict No-Party & Event Policy:
This property enforces a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale strictly regulates noise disturbances, and violations may result in fines and potential removal of this listing from rental platforms. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors.

Security & Noise Monitoring:
For guest safety and occupancy verification, a front door security camera is installed. This is used only for emergency purposes and monitoring actual occupancy. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.

Additionally, some properties may be equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels remain within acceptable limits. This device does not record sounds or conversations—it only monitors noise levels in decibels.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
