We hope you find it as comfortable and relaxing as we do! Come to "clean & scenic" Scottsdale and make yourself comfortable at our 4-bed, 2-bath vacation home. This 2,066-square-foot house is perfect for 6 guests and features a spacious yard with grill, unheated diving pool, sunroom, multiple seating and dining spaces, hot tub (at no extra expense with no heating fee) and all the comforts of home. Located just outside of Phoenix, this single-level home is just a few minutes' drive away from countless restaurants, stores, parks, hiking, and attractions. Spring Training facilities and many golf courses are very close by too! Hang out in the living room, fix a snack or a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, relax on the couch in the family room and watch a game or a movie on the big flat-screen TV, shoot some pool, throw some darts, go for a refreshing swim in the unheated pool, or soak up some sun on the lounge chairs. The large kitchen features tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, lots of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware - everything you'll need to enjoy a great meal. Choose from the dining tables either in the kitchen or sunroom to enjoy your meals. For al fresco dining, head outside to the outdoor table or get comfy on the cushioned red seats near the pool. Two of the four bedrooms offer 2 twin beds in each, while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed, and the master bedroom features a king-sized bed. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with either cable or streaming devices so you can enjoy your favorite shows. A new washer and dryer were recently installed and are available for use during your stay, so you don't have to go home with bags of dirty laundry! THE LOCATION This house is spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location! Easily walk just 5-10 minutes to several restaurants and 4 different shopping centers. This house is just 15-20 minutes to downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix International Airport, Spring Training and many other destinations! Golf at Talking Stick, Scottsdale Stadium, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Arizona Biltmore, Gainey Ranch golf clubs, & TPC Scottsdale Stadium course, all just 5-30 min away. Great hospitality from the host, very low maintenance checkout process. Oven was broken during visit, but didn’t impact the stay. Easy to get in and out of. Good location. ##### Ben G. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2026 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Andrew H. 9 févr. 2026 Points forts : Propreté A series of unfortunate events were mismanaged and unprofessionally handled by the host. Additionally, the house is not up to code and dangerous. The house cleaner was still at the house and accidently blew out the electric outside by the hot tub that also blew out the lights in the kitchen and laundry area. The outlet that initiated the blown electric should have been a GCFI, but was not. We were lucky there was not an electrical fire due to a non-GCFI outlet being so close to a hot tub. There was also no GCFI outlet next to the kitchen sink or in the bathrooms. All are code violations and dangerous. After the electric blew, the host asked a guest at the house to go to the fuse box to attempt to reset a blown fuse. She proceeded to argue that there should be a blown fuse. This was unprofessional and dangerous to ask a guest to go into the fuse box to attempt to fix an electrical issue in a house that has multiple electrical code violations. The host then asked that a guest be at the home the next day between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. so an electrician can fix the problem. Asking the guests to augment plans in order to fix a problem with the host's property is extremely unprofessional. Due to the electrical issue, the water heater pilot light went out. When the guests came back to take a shower mid day before going to an event, they all had to take ice cold showers with no hot water. There are plenty more issues with the home and host but no more room to type. ##### Andrew H. The house was perfect for our needs, a compact and comfortable four bedroom with plenty of space for the four of us. The weekend was quite hot for April but we enjoyed being outside by the pool where the outdoor furniture was comfortable and shaded with umbrellas. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a few cooking essentials--spices, tea, butter, olive oil--around rather than having to buy these and throw them away later. The hosts were very responsive and the instructions for the house easy to follow. The neighborhood was great, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the 51 highway. Easy to hop on highway 51\. Great hikes near by, including a favorite at 40th and Shea. Lots of nearby hikes for families with young kids. Nice to sit by the pool to read and use the hot tub in the evenings. ##### Mary B. It was centrally located to all the places we needed to go. The house was very clean and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long day. We would definitely stay here again.
