Vacation in a quiet, serene location just steps to everything Scottsdale has to offer. Do you enjoy hiking, golf, 5 star restaurants, casual breakfast spots, museums, spring training games, nightlife and world class shopping? All of these activities are just a short walk from this property! We are a ground floor unit with no steps. This condo was completely remodeled and finished in June of 2018\. New flooring, kitchen, baths, paint, appliances, HVAC, water heater and comfortable furnishings await you. The complex is beautifully maintained with lush grass, palm trees, 4 heated pools, plenty of lounge chaises to soak in the warm Arizona sun and public BBQ's. We have a wonderful private patio space off the living room surrounded by green plants. It's a perfect place to listen to the birds while reading a book or enjoying your favorite beverage. Our kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in with brand new dishes, cookware and stainless steel appliances. After a day spent exploring the area or lounging by the pool, we have two peaceful bedrooms for your slumber. The unit has concrete adjoining walls so night time is quiet. The master bedroom is equipped with a California King bed and an attached full bath. The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway outside of this bedroom. The living room has a queen pull out couch. We also have a pack and play in the unit for baby. All of the beds and linens are new and we provide soap, a hair dryer and soft towels. Our condo comes with a covered parking spot and plenty of off-street visitor parking near the unit. Jump on the free Scottsdale Trolley to get around or hail a local golf cart taxi. The condo is a quick 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes to Talking Stick Casino, 7 minutes to Salt River Fields (Spring training home to the AZ Diamondbacks and the CO Rockies), the Giant's stadium is walking distance in Old Town as are the best restaurants, bars and fun western shops. Old Town has beautiful art galleries and there is a free art walk on Thursday nights throughout the area. World class shopping is available across the street at Fashion Square mall. There is a Harkins Theater, Nordstrom, Dicks, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Tesla store, Shake Shack and hundreds of other stores and restaurants. The unit is 20 min from Westworld which houses the Arabian Horse Show and Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. We are also 20 minutes from the PGA Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. Love to hike? The Cholla Trailhead for Camelback Mountain is just over a 1 mile walk away. The view of the entire valley is stunning from the top but be sure to bring lots of water! The dining table has seats for four along with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. We also provide a booster seat for baby so everyone has a comfy chair to sit and eat. Our living room has two comfortable couches for lounging and a flat screen TV with over 60 channels for you to enjoy. We offer free WiFi for all of our guests. Laundry is just a few steps outside your front door. We offer a wheeled hamper for easy travel. No need to worry about quarters, download the app and pay with your credit card or apple pay. We provide laundry pods for your convenience. If you have any questions or need suggestions for local activities, just let us know. We want to help make your vacation enjoyable! It was easy to get to anywhere from the condo location. Location is very close to the very upscale shopping of Fashion Square and Oldtown Scottsdale or many of the baseball stadiums (Cactus League spring training) Plus, you have the Saddleback Mountain basically in the backyard. Condo/apartment owners have thought of everything-even a port-a-crib if needed, kids books, and playing cards. Very tastefully decorated and clean. What you see in the photos doesn't do it justice, it really is a cute and cozy place. Assigned covered parking. ##### Tina T. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2019 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Pamela P., Alexandria, MN 9 mars 2019 #### Good location for short term stay If you’re only in Scottsdale for a week, this is a great place and good location for easy access to Old Town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of big fluffy bath towels and beach towels. But if you’re planning a longer stay, as we did for three weeks, it wasn’t quite what we needed, considering that longer term guests bring more clothes and plan to eat in more often. With a few adjustments, the owners could make it a bit more accommodating for longer term stays. There weren’t enough hangars, so we bought more and left them for others to use. There was no dish towel or dish rack if you plan to wash just a few dishes. There were the normal kitchen amenities, but no broiler pan or cookie sheets with side edges (like for roasting veggies, etc.). Also there was only salt and pepper. We ended up buying 4 basic seasonings like basil and oregano, as well as olive oil. That stuff gets expensive when you end up tossing it after only 3 weeks. Often VRBO rentals supply a few more basics like that. Finally, a collapsible laundry rack to air dry delicate items or hang beach towels would be a welcome addition. The owner Rachel was extremely responsive when we needed something. Came right over to replace a couple of non functioning items. Keep in mind for longer stays that the laundry is not in the apartment. You must use a common laundry room. And it was sometimes tough finding times when the machines weren’t occupied, and that can eat into your tourism time. Also, none of the machines have cold water wash, and the dryers on delicate are still very hot. So I wouldn’t wash any real delicate clothing in them. So my 4 star rating was because of our particular situation - and because it was pricey for a longer term stay - no discount was offered for longer stays. But if you’re interested in Scottsdale and enjoy eating out a lot, seeing galleries, and shopping, it may very well be a 5 star for you. ##### Pamela P. New and clean furnishings, bedding, towels etc. Comfortable and quiet setting, yet within walking distance of Fashion Square. Very small patio, no view to speak of but that was not a priority for us.
