Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.  
  
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★  
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.  
  
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★  
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 10PM.

PS: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with a Ring camera installed at the front door and another positioned above the driveway.   
  
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate entire date alteration requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). \- Please note that mail delivery (including Amazon packages) is not possible at this property due to locked mailboxes. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any deliveries during your stay.  
\- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won\`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
