This private beautifully remodeled single family home features 3 bedrooms upstairs, with a Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms #2 and #3\. Bedroom 2 holds a twin over twin bunk bed, with a third twin trundle bed beneath. Bring the kids, because there are plenty of kids toys and books available to play with! Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed with a cooling gel memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a king sized bed (also with cooling gel memory foam mattress), a large walk in closet (stocked with a pack and play and blow up twin mattress if needed) and a large bathroom with separate tub and shower. All rooms are equipped with room darkening shades for a restful night's sleep. Downstairs features a game room complete with a pool table/ping-pong table and plenty of seating to watch! The dining room has a full table with extra leaves available for extra guests. The living room boasts a warm stone fireplace complete with a queen sized pull-out bed within the sectional for extra sleeping arrangements. Also enjoy cable, Netflix, a variety of games on the Xbox, or board games and puzzles. Outside we have a private driveway with enough parking for 3, and garage parking for 2\. The back yard features a large private pool with attached private spa, fully fenced from the rest of the grassy yard.
