Views, views, views!! Excellent property for entertaining outdoors! This property exceeds all expectations when it comes to beautiful Arizona sunsets and views! The home is situated on the 18 hole Championship Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course. Superstition Mountain is just minutes away and provides up close views like you have never seen before! This home truly provides luxurious resort style living in the privacy of the backyard. This home will welcome you to create memories that will last a lifetime. Get your camera ready and come enjoy!  
  
With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathroom - 6000sf, there is PLENTY of space for large groups to spread out and be comfortable. When you arrive at the home, you will first notice the sound of the rock waterfall situated at the front entrance. You will enter through a first set of gates to experience the lavish landscaping and grand entrance to this magical retreat. At this point, get prepared to forget all your worries and enjoy some much needed R&R. As you walk in the front door you will immediately lose your breath as you look out the large windows to see miles and miles across town. The home is thoroughly furnished with tasteful decor that will delight you the moment you walk in! The HUGE upper deck patio is AMAZING!!! This is a great spot to be to enjoy outside dining with friends and family or just hang out and relax with a glass of wine or morning cup of coffee.  
  
There are TV's in all the bedrooms. There is a Large game room downstairs with a 75" TV for that Sunday football game and is just steps away from the INCREDIBLE outdoor living space. Plenty of patio seating and space for playing outdoor Ping Pong, Cornhole, Ladder ball, Jenga, Giant Connect 4, etc.  
  
After spending a beautiful day on the golf course, throw some steaks on the outdoor Grill and enjoy your evening in the gorgeous Heated Infinity edge pool and Hot tub overlooking the Golf Course and the Western city lights. There is plenty of Star gazing to enjoy while relaxing around the outdoor firepit!  
  
The very large kitchen is a towering rock masterpiece - fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal at home. Top of the line appliances provide an upgraded cooking experience. It contains a Wolfe Gas stove, sub-zero refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Heating drawer.  
  
The home has a very large Owner's Suite on the main floor with a comfortable King Bed, TV, Sofa, and loveseat. The bathroom has a jetted tub which overlooks endless views of the Superstition Mountain Range. The bathroom has his/hers vanities and his/hers closets.  
  
The 2nd bedroom on the main floor has hallway access as well and a separate exterior entrance from the front entry way. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is large closet with an iron and ironing board.  
  
The 3rd bedroom on the main floor has a double (bottom)/twin (top) bunk bed alongside a twin bed and an XL twin bed - great for kids room, but adults are also welcome too. There is a jack/jill bathroom attached to a 4th bedroom with queen bed. Each of these 2 bedrooms have private sinks and closets.  
  
Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms each with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. They each have doors that exit to the back patio and overlook the Pool area.  
  
There are 2 additional Rollaway beds that can be placed a variety of locations.  
  
Downstairs there is a large great room with 75" TV and couch/loveseat (fold out to a bed)/recliner. There is a smaller TV with XBOX and games for the little ones. There is a full size pool table. And, a dining table that seats 4. This is also a great spot for an afternoon poker game. There are cards and games to be enjoyed.  
  
The pool is the perfect place to be on a hot summer day or enjoy the LARGE hot tub during the cooler winter months. \*\*\*The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $250/nt fee ($800min.) OR heat the spa only for $100/nt.  
  
\- There are 2 sets of washer/dryers - 1 set upstairs and 1 downstairs.  
\- Garage and Driveway parking available. Street parking allowed during the day only.  
\- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.  
  
There are several restaurants including: Rosati's Pizza, Wahoo's, Waffle On Inn, The Prospector, De La Cruz Mexican Grille, Gold Stallion, Chen's Chinese Bistro, Subway, Domino's Pizza, Jack in the Box, and Bashas' local grocery store only 5 minutes away as well.

Our group of 13 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fabulous views and numerous amenities made our trip fantastic. The home is spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Two nights of cooking for all was a breeze. It will be high on our list for return visits.

Our review reflects our disappointment in our stay. On 2.15.25 AM a toilet did not flush. We found a pool of smelly sewer water puddling in our driveway. We dealt with plumbing problems for the rest of the stay. We asked for one day of reimbursement from owners and were denied. VRBO did not help.us obtain a refund.

#### Great House for Customers!

We had a really great time at this home. The home is beautiful!! We loved being right on the golf course we were golfing at each day. Deanne was great, very responsive everytime we needed anything. We've stayed in many rentals in Gold Canyon and each has their perks. This one had great views, lots of games, space and amenities. I would say the only negative comment I have is the heating of the pool and spa. It was pretty expensive and we had to ask each time to have the spa turned on. Which was immediately done, just kind of a pain. Other than that, great stay, great host!! Will book again!!

#### Gorgeous Home, Best Stay!

We are very grateful for our stay! It was absolutely perfect!! We rented this home for our family to stay in during our wedding weekend. Our venue was a short 5 minute drive away. The house offered everything! Its absolutely stunning inside and out! Our photographer loved the photo opportunities this home provided while we got ready for our big day. Deanna is an excellent communicator, she was the most amazing host! Our wedding weekend was perfect, it was the most wonderful stay.

Everyone enjoyed the view and the home. We should of heated the hot tub. The property was nice with a notable exception: The dishes and silverware were dirty. It appeared as if the dishes were put away without running them through the dishwasher. My family spent time cleaning these items prior to use.

#### Our Daughter's Wedding Weekend

While we live in Scottsdale year-round, the venue for our daughter's wedding was in Apache Junction, one hour from our home. We decided to go onto VRBO and search for a home that would accommodate our entire family (10 adults children and two grandchildren). Our requirement when renting is for each adult couple to have their own bedroom and hopefully own bathroom. Deanna's home checked all the boxes and more! The home was so spacious that my grandson said to me, "Nana, this house is so big, I can't find you in it!" The kitchen was amazing and adequately supplied with everything, including many spices! The outdoor dining areas were plentiful and comfortable. The backyard was beyond wonderful! The infinity pool, spa, swim-up bar area/cabana, and fire pit were beyond sufficient. It was outstanding. The view from the rear of the house was SPECTACULAR! Beyond wildest dreams beautiful! The home was surrounded by mountains with a view down into the valley, when lit at night sparkled like jewels. Unbelievably beautiful! Deanna was a great host. Very responsive. The house provided unbelievable memories on top of the wedding. A wonderful experience!

#### Great house and location but inconveniences were memorable

My extended family gathered after Christmas in this fantastic location and enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. The amenities were great though there were a few minor maintenance issues that we had to manage throughout the week. (Deanne was responsive to all of these situations calling for service immediately) Although most of the time was great there was a thread of inconvenience throughout the week regarding the hot tub. Deanne let us know after we arrived that the pool remote broke so she had to control the spa from her phone. She asked me to let her know when we wanted it on and off. With 10 adults and 7 teens it felt like I became a switchboard operator as the point of contact regarding the hot tub (especially when Deanne's phone broke so we had to communicate through a different number mid way through the week). This didn't lead to a very relaxing situation for me. Deanne also claimed that the blowers couldn't be turned off, which didn't seem right. Although we kept the cover on whenever it wasn't being used and paid for the heating up front for our entire stay, Deanne informed me on the morning of our last full day in the house that the propane tank was too low and we couldn't use the hot tub or fire pit anymore. This was New Years Eve day and our last day together as a family. Rain was coming in that afternoon, but the entire morning through mid-afternoon would have been prime outdoor time. A couple siblings and their spouses left early since we couldn't enjoy the outdoor activities we had planned together. Deanne said she tried to get a company out to refill the tanks, but unlikely they could do it on New Years Eve day. She later said that we used too much propane -placing the blame on running out on us, but I would have expected they kept enough margin of propane stored (especially when a guest pays for heating pool or hot tub) to manage a range of demand. Overall, the house was beautiful and fit our family really well. The location was stunning and nearby hiking was awesome. It is too bad that the main thing I will remember is the annoyance. I'm expect this will get sorted out, but probably good to check on how the pool/hot tub will be managed if you are counting on using them.

#### Friends and Family Funcation

This was absolutely an amazing place to gather with family and friends for 7 days . The views and sunsets on the 12th hole of Dinosaur Mountain Golf course were simply breathtaking! The rooms were perfect and the house was so roomy you wouldn’t know there were 12 of us there. Lounging around the pool and spa daily. Enjoying golf at the Local golf course and early morning hiking and biking kept our quests very busy…. The local grocery store Bashas has everything one would need. This home was just a few minutes to Our brothers vacation home at Superstition Mountain where the rest of our family and friends were staying, Which made a short bike trip or hike or drive to his house for anyone,,,, We will definitely consider this Beautiful Private Vacation home in the future. The host Deanna was simply amazing and it was simply a pleasure to deal with her…. Maybe next time we can meet in person as I feel like I know Deanna personally now!! Deanne was always available at anytime of the day to answer any questions I had in regards to the pool and spa or anything else that came up….. We had a nice gathering of 25 people for dinnner one evening and it was stellar, the house has so many places to gather that no one seemed crowded and the children had so much fun with the games and pool supplies that they have for the house. Needless to say Ping Pong was a hit that afternoon 😊 Again thanks Deanna for accommodating us all at your beautiful home 💕 Be well Candas

#### Incredible Location and Amazing Pool/Outdoor Space

This home is amazing! It located on a beautiful lot in Gold Canyon with amazing views of the Superstition Mountains. It was close to lots of great hiking and other fun outdoor activities as well. There's a grocery store, coffee shop, a few restaurants and really cute ice cream shop just a few minute away. The home was well stocked with cooking supplies, spices, toiletries, etc. There was some wear and tear in the home/on the furniture from previous renters, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Every bedroom has their own bathroom, which was a must for our group. The outdoor space was exceptional and well stocked with pool supplies. There was an issue with the pool heater when we arrived so we contacted Deanna and she came out to the house right away and helped us get everything up and running. She checked in a few other times to ensure we had what we needed. It was well worth the $ to heat the pool/hot tub. It made our pool time really enjoyable. Our crew loved our stay here and hope to be back someday soon.

#### A luxurious palace

This place was incredible. Infinity pool, casita with fridge, incredible view of mountains and right on golf course. Owner/manager extremely responsive and reasonable - got back to me within minutes every time I reached out. We’ll stocked kitchen, etc. several great seating areas inside and out. No detail spared. Large supermarket just 5-7 minutes away. All my guests look forward to renting again next year. A great value compared to other parts of metro Phoenix.
