The house has 3 king beds and 1 queen in each of the four bedrooms and 2 queen pullout sofas located in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms. Large Master bedroom with king bed and bathroom suite located on main level. The house offers a host of other amenities including surround sound, wifi, cable TV, air conditioning, board games, a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor patio dining table that seats 10 and lounge furniture, an outside bar and grill area in the backyard.

    Situated on the 4th hole of the Legacy Golf Course – rated the #1 public course in Phoenix.
