The property is above average in this price range. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place to stay as the freeway is moderately loud most of the time. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great. The location is close to food places and has easy freeway access. We would stay here again.

I stayed here for one night and it was honestly one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever been to. Everything was spotless from the moment I walked in and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast: great variety and a perfect start to the morning. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Phoenix area.
