Beautiful downtown Phoenix fully renovated historic home with one king bedroom and a den with a queen Murphy bed. One 4-piece bath, one 2-piece powder room, and laundry room (washer, dryer, and sink). Also enjoy living, dining, family, and a well-equipped kitchen, a large private, covered porch with eating and sitting areas, a private hot tub, and a private pool in summer. Beautiful Downtown Oasis
We are so happy we found this home, with comfort and character, that was so close to Downtown! Everything about this lovely home makes you feel you are in a true oasis. Comfortable and tasteful finishes and furnishings, and a tranquil back patio with pool made it a perfect stay We were lucky to be able to stay- Thank you for sharing your home.

Very nice
Despite a few hiccups, our overall stay was very nice. The property was very clean and the owners were responsive and friendly. They provided nice touches which were very appreciated. One thing that could be improved was we were only given 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel each. Also, there are several security cameras (front door, backyard/pool) which I understand but was surprised that this was not disclosed prior. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants and attractions. You can't go wrong, it's a gem.

Perfect house for what we needed
This home was great size for my husband, daughter and I. It was clean, updated and equipped with everything we needed from kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. It was in very close proximity to our event, as well as restaurants/bars, highway and grocery store. The airport is only a 10 minute drive. I hope we can stay again, and use the pool/hot tub next time. Barb and Mark were quick to communicate, they left easy/specific instructions with most commonly asked questions and even recommendations for the area.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location! The pool and hot tub were warm and lovely!! I’d definitely stay here again!

The perfect getaway!
Our family really loved this property. The location could not be better! Barb and Mark are superhosts and were there to respond to any questions I've had from the start. The rental is immaculate, tastefully decorated, organized and well-stocked. Coming "home" to the backyard pool and spa was a dream and provided our family a great gathering place to end our busy days. We are so grateful and hope to return again someday.
