House was just fine though. We paid hundreds of dollars to have the pooled heated including a fee to pre heat it. Turns out they never did it and once we reached out, the heating equipment was faulty and needed repair that didn’t happen. We never would have chosen this house to rent as the pool and hot tub were the single most important amenity in why we chose it. Host was unresponsive, unavailable and difficult to work with. We would go for hours and days without getting a response. No interest in offering a discount on our stay due to the troubles. ##### Jon T.
