Golden View Estate is a sensational, single-story retreat offering 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the kind of sweeping Superstition Mountain views you'll never forget. Thoughtfully designed for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing, this desert haven invites you to indulge in the best of Arizona living with elegance and comfort in every detail.  
  
From the moment you enter, Golden View sets the stage for an extraordinary stay. The open-concept great room greets you with soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and panoramic views that seamlessly bring the outdoors in. The gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, spacious island seating, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, is stocked with everything you need to prepare memorable meals. We'll even get you started with a supply of K-cups for your first morning.  
  
Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers a welcoming space to gather. Open the patio doors to embrace true indoor/outdoor living, where meals and conversation flow easily from the heart of the home to the expansive backyard.  
  
A favorite feature among guests, the theater room offers plush reclining chairs, a cozy fireplace, and a large screen for unforgettable movie nights. Every corner of this home has been designed with gathering and connection in mind, while still allowing space for privacy and retreat.

Pool heating can be added to your reservation for $60/nt plus tax.

Guests will find garage parking for two vehicles, with space for three additional cars in the driveway.  
  
Important ~  
To finalize your reservation, before arrival you will be asked to complete our rental agreement and guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This ensures compliance with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for our guests and properties. Truvi will contact you by email and/or text. Please complete this step prior to your stay to ensure a smooth check-in.

Rental Age ~  
Must be at least 28 years old to book.  
  
Noise Policy ~  
Red Mountain Rentals enfoces good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. All outdoor speakers and TV's must be turned off between the hours of 10PM and 8AM. Violation of this rule will result in removal from the home without refund.  
  
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine.  
  
Pet Policy ~  
This is a pet-free home. No pets are permitted under any circumstance.  
  
Smoking Policy ~  
This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is prohibited in the entire premesis. No smoking, vaping or using e-cigarettes of any kind are permitted inside or outside of the property under any circumstances. Violating this will result in the guest being fully liable for any damage resulting from it.  
  
Damage Policy ~  
A Damage Insurance Policy through Rental Guardian is included in the fees at the time of booking. This policy is automatically applied and charged with your reservation — no additional steps are required from the guest.  
Guests will be charged for any and all damage not covered by the Rental Guardian Insurance Policy and/or any damage deductibles for covered items by the Rental Guardian Damage Insurace Policy purchased at the time of reservation.  
  
Reservation Payments ~  
50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking  
Payment in full is due and will be automatically charged 30 days from arrival date.  
  
Cancellation Policy ~  
Reservations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled at 14 or less days before arrival will not receive a refund. Total reservation payment will be forfeited. Early departure or shortened stay does not warrant a refund.  
  
Security Cameras ~  
All of our homes have security cameras installed on the front of the garage, facing the street. These cameras are the property of Red Mountain Rentals. There may be additional security cameras on the front of the property (such as Ring Doorbells or cameras monitoring the side gate entrance) as well that are maintained by the homeowner. Neither the homeowner or Red Mountain Rentals has installed any security cameras in the backyard or inside of the home. Tampering with any security camera may result in removal from the home without refund.

#### 40 year anniversary celebration

This house became our home for a week and it was everything we had hoped for. Fairly secluded, immaculately clean, all amenities we needed and above standard communication with property management. Outdoor pool and deck area was perfect for our family with well maintained and comfortable outdoor furniture. This was a perfect stay for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains. It was unseasonably hot for April so the pool was a nice amenity. The communication with the host was excellent.

Property was very accurately depicted in pictures and even more beautiful in person. The property owner had everything and more you could ever need for a family vacation. They even have beach towels for the pool provided. Fire places were all functional and each bedroom was clean as well as the bathrooms!

We arrived with our elderly mother, adult children and 3 grandchildren for a family wedding. We were so delighted when we finally got to the house! What a beautiful property! The house is amazing and the back patio/pool was everything we could have hoped for. My 10 year old grandson said he would give the property 10 stars!

This is the very best vrbo we've ever stayed at. Besides the beautifully landscaped property, amazing pool with incredible views, the decor was top notch and the home is fully stocked with everything you could need while away from home. We felt like we were at a private resort all week! Management is responsive, neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. The home is extremely spacious and comfortably fits 10+ as advertised. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful house, in a beautiful location. Almost every room has a view of the superstition mountains, including the master bath, with its soaking tub. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms, well appointed. The kitchen has every thing needed to cook, including one of the best assortment of spices I’ve seen in a rental house. The outdoor area is perfect: pool and hot tub are wonderful, the outdoor dining area was used almost every day, and there are several little nooks with fireplaces, fire, pits, and a fire table, at which to sit and enjoy. We loved sitting by the pool and looking at the mountains and watching birds, including a pair of golden flickers, who had nested in a large saguaro cactus. The rental management company was extraordinarily helpful , including bringing a stool to help my husband get into the high master bed and allowing us early check in and late check out. I can’t recommend this place, and the management company, highly enough.

#### Gold Canyon home was wonderful for our annual family vacation!

This property was amazing and well stocked. There is not anything you can say bad about this property. There was 6 adults and one child (10) in our party and they all enjoyed the property immensely. We all had the space we needed if we wanted to hang out together or spend some time apart. We all enjoyed the family room, fully equipped kitchen and of course the pool area. We did have to drive at minimum 40-60 minutes to get to the surrounding cities (Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe), but if you don't mind a little drive I would recommend this property 100%!

Our foursome has stayed at several properties over the past 20 years as we meet up for our annual golf trip. This house was the best one we have stayed at yet! The pool, bedrooms, and family room were perfect spaces for our group. We played WeKoPa, Superstition Mountain, and both courses at Gold Canyon. All of which were a short drive from the house. #### Best House I Ever Rented

I have rented well over 15 homes in the Phoenix area over many years. This is by far the best house I ever rented. Everything you need was provided, management company was easy to deal with and prompt, plenty of paper products stocked where we did not need to replenish. The house is CLEAN and the neighborhood is the quietest I have ever been in. The backyard view is fantastic and there are many areas to sit. I have nothing but praise for this property and the way the owners keep it. I will definitely try to stay again.
