The backyard is an exciting oasis with a view of the 8th hole at Western Skies Golf Club. The amenities include a lagoon pool with optional heat, newly added hot tub, built-in gas grill and a gas fire pit. There are gathering places for relaxing and dining on the covered patio and around the fire pit. The optional pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. The home has an open floor plan, new upgrades and is well appointed throughout. There is comfortable seating arranged to view the smart TV and the charming gas fireplace in the great room. The kitchen is completely stocked and has counter seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. A dining area with table seating offers a place for informal or formal gatherings. Highchairs are available to rent. The dedicated game room has pool and mini foosball tables, a TV, built-in window seat and side seating. \~ GOOD NIGHT, SLEEP TIGHT \~ ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and remodeled en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A desk with a chair and a delightful outdoor view awaits your remote work. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a King bed. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds: the top is a twin size with safety rails and the bottom is full size. These bedrooms share Bathrooms 2 and 3 with tub-shower combos. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. A laundry room has family size appliances and detergent is supplied. There is an attached garage with parking for 2 cars and driveway spaces for 2 additional vehicles. The home featured a large open format which helped keeping a eye on our grandkids. There was abundance of space. The house sits at the end of a street next to the golf course. One nice aspect was five minutes in any directions brought you to restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Just about everything you might need was a few minutes away. It is stocked with everything we needed, beds are super comfortable and spent so much time in the beautiful backyard and pool. The six of us were very comfortable and did not even use all the bedrooms. There was plenty of space in the common areas, they were quite spacious and fully equipped with lots of storage for any groceries or additional things you might want to bring in. Really fun and spacious game room with a pool table, foosball, and an 80s style video arcade machine. Enormous backyard with swimming pool barbecue area covered porch with fans, all looking over the golf course. Management company staff was responsive whenever I had questions . This was my 1st rental but not my last. Loved all the living space, fireplace and hot tub which we used often. Good location as we hiked, spent time downtown Gilbert and found a great brewery.
