Fun Old Town Entertainment District is a short block away. Ground floor place with all amenities: high speed internet with dedicated business modem, fully stocked kitchen, private patio, reserved covered parking, and cable TV. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and living room for sleep and privacy. The complex has a large heated pool, hot tub, & barbecues. Washers/dryers are in the complex, close. Owner managed. I'm a very experienced host and I really care. The condo is spacious, with a large covered patio. It's perfect for couples, friends and families. Receive the personal attention and service of an owner/manager who lives close by. I am not a property manager for a huge company; I will do all I can to make sure you have a comfortable and fun stay in my condo. If you are traveling with small children, this is the place for you. I have a pack and play crib, high chair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, and children's toys and games. Let me know you want them so I will have them in the condo when you arrive, at no extra charge, subject to availability. There's a welcome book in the condo with suggestions for places to eat and go out, along with activities. I am an Arizona native, and I can give you ideas on what to do and see in my lovely state; please contact me for ideas. NO parties are allowed. You have access to the entire condo, patio, and covered parking. The condo complex has a large heated pool, a spa, and barbecues. Parties are not allowed. The smoking or vaping of any substance in the condo, on the patio, in front of the condo, and in the complex common areas is absolutely prohibited. Smoking within the condo will require a deep cleaning of drapery and upholstery, which will cost between $300 to $500\. You will pay these fines if you smoke or vape inside the condo or on the grounds of the complex. So it's just easier to not to smoke! One dog may be allowed on a case by case basis provided all of these rules are adhered to. No other animals may be in condo. They must weigh under 35 pounds. Only one pet per stay. They must be house trained, well behaved, quiet and have their own bed to sleep in. Pets may not be left outside if guests are not home. Barking is disturbing to the other residents. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Guest must agree to pay for damages above $100 should there be any. You must receive Written consent from me before a dog can come to the property. No cats, I am deeply allergic to cats. The air conditioning and heating are seasonal, and controlled by the management. Usually the change from a/c to heat around November 1, and the heat to a/c is around March 1\. There are portable fans in the condo so you should be comfortable. I have portable a/c and heater units you can request; just let me know. The pool and spa are controlled by the management and may be closed for repairs if necessary. There are no refunds given if either is not in working order during your visit. Please follow all HOA rules (They are posted and in the Welcome book.) The HOA may assess fines for violations which will be charged back to you. If you are traveling with a baby and want to have the baby items such as a crib, high chair, baby gate, toys and a stroller, please let me know which items you would like when you make your reservation. I will place them in the condo for you when you arrive; they are not in the condo at all times. The condo complex is in the heart of Old Town. While the unit is quiet, it's possible you may hear some neighbor or street noise. Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.) For long term stays of one month or more, USPS mail service is available. Please ask for instructions. The quilts on the beds may not be the same as the photos. I change them frequently to make sure they are perfect for my guests. Great location for Old Town and the Sloan Park. The main living area and bedrooms were large enough to accommodate a family of four with teenage boys. I appreciate the reserved, covered parking spot. We used the pool and hot tub. They were both very well-maintained. it was a little strange that the hot tub and pool were separated, but it did not attract from our use of the amenity. ##### Jennifer E. To start the directions and check in process was so easy! Janet communicated with us throughout our stay. Will be back! There’s a Starbucks and Sprouts grocery store across the street. Old town Scottsdale is within a few miles. There’s a fantastic foot massage next to Sprouts that $45 for an hour massage. Highly recommend. The apartment was kitted out with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked - we cooked every day and weren’t missing anything. Janet was a very attentive host, checking in to see if we needed anything. Very comfy beds and we appreciated having beach towels to use by the pool. The pool area is brilliant - a large pool with lots of sun loungers. The pool is very warm so the kids could stay in it for ages. The jacuzzi is very large and nice and hot! The apartment patio is south facing so we could sit and sunbathe in the afternoon. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Old Town and a short drive / walk to the green belt. The green belt is a pristine park which is perfect for running, walking, playing basketball (2 courts) and volleyball. Supermarkets and other shops very close by. The space was ideal for two friends traveling together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just right and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. Having 2 full bathrooms was such a benefit for our family of adults and teens. Great shaded patio space off the living room and excellent pool/got tub in the center of the complex.
