Close to the Giants stadium, hiking, ASU, Tempe Marketplace with shopping and a movie theater. It is about 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale with shopping, galleries and restaurants and much more. Easy access to the 101 freeway. Close to Fashion square mall, and golf courses. \*Traveling with a pet? No problem. This home is pet friendly. If you are traveling with your pet let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. \*Parking (HOA has strict parking rules): Garage parking for 1 vehicle. The garage is the primary space for parking. There is ONE additional uncovered parking spot available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex that requires a specific parking pass be displayed in the vehicle with the correct reservation information when parked between 10pm and 7am in the morning. The 2nd bedroom is located on the main floor downstairs and has a Queen size bed, 40" Smart TV with YouTube TV and large walk in closet plus a small standing balcony. The living room has a large sectional sleeper sofa which allows for plenty of seating and a Queen size hideaway bed, and a 50" Smart TV with YouTube TV. This condo has a cozy feel with windows that give nice lighting and features tile throughout with a open floor plan on the main floor. The kitchen is equipped and very spacious with large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, flat cooktop stove and lots of cabinet space. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen table plus a table leaf and 2 extra chairs so can seat up to 6\. The condo includes a community heated pool (November 15th - March 15th depending on the temperature), spa and gas BBQ grills all which are located at the community pool area. Our holiday bucket list is golfing, cycling, walking trails and shopping. The location is ideal for all. Only thing missing was live football on TV. We are from Canada so very difficult to stream. We had a great stay! This condo is in a perfect location in a quiet residential area. Close to Old town Scottsdale and access to the freeway to go to Gilbert and Mesa. Minutes from the ballpark where we saw the Colorado Rockies v Brewers spring training game. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and we were very comfortable there for the week. We loved the nice walking path behind the complex. Two small issues - not much they can do about them- the air conditioning is very loud upstairs - like a freight train and when the garage doors open below it is loud. Got a limo and rode all over town to shop! The condo was perfect for us four ladies. The landscaping was awesome and dog friendly! The location was beautiful and easy to find great restaurants. Nov 16, 2023 #### Great Location We’ve been enjoying our stay here at Parkview Villas in Scottsdale. It’s close to a lot of the things we wanted to do, Golfing, ASU, Top Golf and some nice Resturants. The unit is a basic set up, has an ice maker, it’s clean and everythings in working order. The pool that’s near by is on the small side and wasn’t heated (beginning of Nov) we were able to find chairs and had a nice relaxing day. ##### Christa B. Needed to buy sugar and butter though, most spices provided for cooking. The neighbor (Andrew) was very pleasant and accepted our leftover food items when we left. One thing that left us hanging a bit on the morning of check-out is that the Internet/WiFi went out and thought they had cut-off access since it was our check-out day so we got nervous as we had no way to get a Uber by check-out time, however, we did figure it out and re-booted the modem for access ##### caroline w.
