Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day. Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor, and facing the Greenbelt! This suite has been remodeled to include beautiful upgraded furniture, tile, cabinets, and more! Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)! The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. The pictures are totally misleading; it is dirty, our feet were black after walking with no socks on. The bed is unbelievably awful and uncomfortable. There is no view. The shower is from the 1920’s. The bathroom cupboards and fittings are just disgraceful battered and chipped. The whole experience was unbearable. On arrival we did not even want to unpack and we left significantly early even though the manager would not offer any refund. ##### Colin H. Pool, hot tub and outdoor grounds in a gated community was great. The apartment had great tv’s and bed. Couches and ottoman were a bit dirty, kitchen has Walmart cooking utensils, pots and pans.
