PV is notorious for their dense population in restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centers and recreational parks. The rental property is centrally located in the heart of Paradise Valley with the major cross streets being 56th Street (north/south) and Bell Road (east/west). You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly south down Scottsdale Road to the following hot spots: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf, Kierland Mall, Desert Ridge, Scottsdale Quarter, and much much more. \* POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $75 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees. \* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests. \* PROPANE GAS FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per tank for use of BOTH Fire Pits.   \* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal.
