Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Sunday evening (the night before). Recycling gets picked up every FRIDAY morning bright & early - so please be sure to wheel it to the edge of the driveway on Thursday evening (the night before). The recyclable is in the front driveway. \* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. \* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio ONLY). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced. \* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property.
