Best Pool in the Area!- Walk to Everything Old Town! -2 Private Master Suites

Charming newly renovated 2 bedroom condo located within ½ mile from Old Town. Located away from city noise on the 3rd floor with elevator access. We have a cozy private patio for those lovely Arizona nights. Everything you need is within walking distance. We are just steps away from the Maya Condo’s amazing pool kept at 85 degrees year round. Decorated in modern southwest that will make you feel right at home yet also on an amazing Arizona vacation.
The Property:
-Located on the top floor of building 16 with elevator access
-2 Master Bedrooms w/private baths each with new King Beds. -2 cots with bedding are available in unit.
-Fully stocked kitchen,
-Wifi, cable w/50inch smart TV - Netflix included.
-Pool always heated to 85 degrees
-Huge hot tub (15 person capacity)
-Exercise room
-Laundry room
-Gas grill (common area).
- 1 Covered parking spot, additional spots uncovered

No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the Maya Property. Please walk off the property to smoke. Violations will be subject to a $300 fine.
The condo association has a water shut off every third Tuesday of the month at 9am for a few hours so owners can make repairs if needed.

We had no problems with the host but the property is worn out, outdated and frankly pretty dirty. I really dislike seeing hair tumbleweeds in a bathroom. There were lightbulbs missing or not working and the rooms were dark in general.

The apartment was great for 3 people, very spacious. We did not cook there but the kitchen had supplies and we made coffee and basic breakfast. The location was spectacular for access to both Scottsdale and Phoenix.

I had the pleasure of spending ten wonderful days at this fantastic vacation condominium rental in Scottsdale, and it exceeded all my expectations! The condo was well-appointed and incredibly comfortable, featuring a spacious two-master bedroom layout with two bathrooms that were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.What really stood out to me was how thoughtfully stocked the place was. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from basic cooking essentials to extras like bags for the Sprouts grocery store—they truly thought of everything! We were also provided with water toys for the pool, which was a fun bonus for a daily swimmer. It’s clear that the owners have paid attention to every detail, ensuring guests have all the comforts of home.From extra blankets to the smallest conveniences, this condo was equipped with all the little touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt like we were at home, and it made our vacation even more relaxing and stress-free.I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Scottsdale, and would definitely come back when the next time I’m in town. A truly amazing stay!

Great location nothing fancy

This property was perfect for our short getaway to Phoenix. It was close to everything. The pool area was great and the pool is nice and big. The owners were super responsive and we were able to get a problem we had with the water solved quickly. Don’t expect anything fancy but it is great for what we needed.

Add states property sleeps 6. Went on a guys golf trip with myself and 2 friends (1 was a late addition) figured no problem as property sleeps 6. Come to find out, 1 king in each room was good as advertised, figured maybe the couch was a queen sleeper?? Not the case just a couch, so where would the other person sleep, surely not on the couch would u fit 2 more people? Come to find out, in a closet I found 2 aluminum fold out cots, like camping cots, not comfortable to sleep on at all!! The location was good. Felt secure in the location. Served a purpose for 2 travelers or 4 if ur traveling with people who normally sleep in the same bed. Another odd thing was slider window in main living room had no shades for privacy nor to block the sunrise. It gets extremely hot very early in the Scottsdale heat. All and all was an ok place to stay for 4 guests MAX!!

Exceptionally bad

With no curtains in the house, the porch light outside the master bedroom made the room bright all night. If the wind blows, the old windows rattle all night too. Woke up freezing the first morning because they changed the whole apartment complex to air conditioning for the summer, so no heat. Woke up the second day with no water, which was shut off in the complex for the whole day. That night, the slats on our bed fell out and we slept on a slant. That happened again 3 nights later too. The air filter was filthy and so were the floors. Walk across the room without shoes and you can throw away your socks. The patio looks nice in the pictures, but you can’t sit on the furniture—the cushions are outside 24/7 and are stained and too dirty to sit on unless you want to wash your cloths afterward. The pool is nice as advertised, but it’s like trying to get a lounge chair on a cruise ship. Basically, nowhere to sit from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. The washer/dryer is not in the unit as implied, but down the hall. It required downloading an app to use which we couldn’t figure out. We went to a commercial laundromat. The TVs were Roku and Vizio respectively. Good luck with those. We basically didn’t watch TV for 3 weeks.The master bedroom shower wasn’t cleaned. The other one was marginally better, although the plastic curtain was annoying. The landlord blamed “Arizona dust” for the filth and said we could pay to have it “professionally “ cleaned. Ha. Overall D-.

What a great location! Close to restaurants, grocery, amenities. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area.The only negative for us was the cleanliness of the unit.Floors were dirty and it appeared not much had been dusted. With a little TLC and maybe a few updates on decor this place would be a gem!
