Summary:
Additional Master Suites with its own full bath and walk in closets recently added to the home in our renovation project! This home now offers TWO Master suites! Lush green lawns for a true Private Oasis backyard retreat. We are very excited for the larger space and look forward to being able to accommodate more families and groups! Thank you for booking with us.

Experience the luxury of desert living at this Five-bedroom Scottsdale home in a private cul-de-sac

* This luxury Scottsdale home has an open floor plan with two maters suites and is ideal for enjoyable vacation stay.

*Large backyard features covered patio, paver patio extension, charcoal BBQ, patio table and chairs, artificial grass putting green, amazing pool, lounge chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. 

*Home is perfect for families (with kids) and multiple couples

*Smart TVs in living room and both Master suites. Bring your Netflix, Hulu etc account and never miss your favorite episode.  

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES: Dish ware/flatware, cookware, glasses, shot glasses, coffee mugs, Keurig Coffee/Tea Maker, skillets, salt/pepper/spices, blender, toaster, refrigerator equipped with ice maker/water dispenser, other appliances, etc. 

LAUNDRY ROOM: Featuring front load washer and dryer and ironing board with iron.

ACCESSORIES: We have luxurious bedding throughout the house, extra pillows, WI-FI, hairdryers in bathrooms and electronic key pad code door lock so everybody can come and go as needed without a key.

There is security camera over looking front door & Driveway for your safety.

*Guests have access the entire house. There is 2 car garage parking, parking in the drive way and along the street.

*Home is professionally cleaned before every stay, comes with clean linens, towels, soaps and everything else you will need for a comfortable stay.

Relaxing retreat!

We had the greatest family time! I would love to return. This home is located on a private cul-de-sac, which was wonderful! The house was just perfect! Plenty of room for our family. I definitely would love to return!!

Perfection for a family gathering

Our family gathers once a year for a baseball reunion in a different city every year. This year it was in Phoenix. We needed 2 houses to house all 18 of us and this was one of the houses we chose. Everyone came together at this house the entire weekend because it was the best!! Biggest, cleanest, pools, great layout for a crowd, and a terrific kitchen for us all to cook in. Good neighborhood and close to shopping. I can’t think of one thing I would want to change.

Nice property in great location

We stayed in this house for our yearly family gathering in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Lots of room for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and spacious backyard with comfortable chairs and loungers. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there's a Weber kettle in the backyard for grilling. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, freeways, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts checked in with us and made it clear that we should not hesitate to contact them if they could help. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Golfing trip

We were notified on the day before our trip with clear instructions on how to access the property. As we arrived there were instructions on how to use the amenities and who to contact if we needed to assistance. Overall it was a fantastic experience and well accommodating for a party of 8! The property was clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries for everyone. 10/10 would recommend staying here for all ages, family or friends!

Nice neighborhood, conveniently located, and lots of space! Nice pool and hot tub. The website was a little deceiving as far as bedrooms and bathrooms. We thought each of the 4 rooms had bathrooms but only two rooms had baths, the other two bedrooms shared a bath, and the fourth was the pool bathroom.

Decent home in nice neighborhood

Area is ver safe and nice and on a quiet cul de sac. You feel very safe. The property owners brought over some charcoal and lighter so we could grill on the grill and some laundry pods so we could run a load of laundry. The hot tub is nice and they have a little mini golf course. A few of the outlets need to be replaced, they did not hold the prongs of the phone charger.

Plenty of bedrooms and space in a safe neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed a walk to a nearby park two different mornings and felt very safe. Friendly neighborhood.

Good value for the price

The back yard had a beautiful, clean and well kept pool that we loved. The rest of the yard could be great, but right now definitely isn't part of the standard cleaning crews routine. Many broken plastic parts from seat backs (maybe the hot tub headrests??) and misplaced walking steps laying around, left out goggles from previous guests, broken chairs and so many old cobwebs on the couch area that no one was brave enough to try it. Don't get me wrong, we had one table that we did sit out and enjoy a poolside beverage at, but would have liked to lounge on the comfy stuff too. As I said, the pool was beautand the most used part. The rest of the house was clean and easy to use, some minor things here and there were loose or didn't work, but not much different than any other rental you'd find anywhere. The two rooms with on suite baths were great and both had sliders to the back yard. The other three rooms were small and would be great for kids as they had to share a bathroom. As I had adults who all needed to get ready for work about the same time it wasn't the best, but we shared the other bathrooms. I would recommend this house for a family with kids though for sure! The hosta were great, wonderful communication, they were clear what was expected for checkout and would gladly rent from them again!!

Friends golf trip

House was perfect for the golf trip for our group. Each person had their own bed and bathroom which was a plus. Fully stocked kitchen made eating at home easy. Central location to the areas best golf courses was a plus. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Scottsdale trip

We had a great time! The property was clean and large! The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and we liked that the primary ensuite bedrooms had sliding door that lead directly to the pool and hot tub area. The only suggestions would to upgrade the towels and install a handrail by the steps in the pool. Two of our friends are in their 70s and a handrail would make it easier and safer to get in and out of the pool. Thanks for a great time. Would definitely come back again!
