Experience the best of Arizona's indoor/outdoor living in this beautiful custom home and fully outfitted backyard. The 2,400 sf home and detached guest house provide 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, as well as a bonus room and plenty of outdoor amenity space. Unwind in its highly designed, intimate backyard, complete with a heated pool, oversized spa, BBQ, dining area, gas fire pit, outdoor TV, and covered lounge area. If you came to enjoy Arizona's beautiful weather, this backyard is the place to do it! The main house offers two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms with a king-sized bed and two full-sized beds, and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom separated from the guest bedrooms. A stunning, fully-outfitted kitchen connects the comfortable living and dining rooms that flow onto the back patio and pool deck. The house also includes a bonus room complete with arcade games, video game consoles, a game table, and plenty of comfortable seating, as well as two twin murphy beds. The guest house offers additional sleeping accommodations with a king-sized bed and pull-out twin as well as a kitchenette and full bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. Desert Lotus is the perfect venue to enjoy all that Phoenix and Scottsdale have to offer, including shopping and dining in nearby Old Town, attending spring training games, golfing on world-class courses, and hiking scenic trails. Designed to easily accommodate families or groups of up to 12, Desert Lotus is accessible to the Phoenix Zoo, the Botanical Gardens, Papago Park, Old Town Scottsdale, and many other dining and entertainment venues. Once you arrive, you'll never want to leave this desert gem! House Rules: Pool or spa heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. No pets allowed Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled days, Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Communication with the property management team was excellent — they were always responsive and quick to help.The kitchen was well stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals. One small improvement would be to include some of the basic staples (salt, pepper, and a bit more than one day’s worth of dish soap), which would be a nice convenience for guests.Our stay was very positive overall. The only other enhancements we would suggest are providing simple instructions for how the pool iPad works, as this is something that could easily be left in the home and would save guests a call. While the management team responded within about an hour, having this information readily available would be helpful. Additionally, adding extra pillows and blankets in the bedrooms would improve comfort. We had 10 people in our group, and the casita beds had only a sheet and thin blanket, and the pull-out couch did not have bedding available.None of these items detracted from our experience, but they are small touches that are typically expected at this price point and would elevate an already great stay.Overall, this is a beautiful home in a fantastic location, close to Old Town and many other attractions. We were a group of 8 traveling for a conference in Mesa. There were three adults and 5 college students. The property allowed us to both participate in team building, as well as have enough space to sprawl out for individual privacy. Additionally, the amenities were fabulous. There is no doubt that the house and atmosphere, were a bonus to our week in Arizona!! Given the opportunity, we will definitely be back! ##### Regina J. We had 2 families with 7 kids ranging in age from 22-13 and they didn’t want to leave. They literally lived in the pool and game room. We had an awesome time. The game room was great on a rainy day, the pool area has comfortable seating for sitting in the sun and shade. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you might need.
