A ping pong table is located in the pool area. The laundry room is located on the same level as the condo, right around the corner. The clubhouse contains a cardio room and sauna downstairs, and some weights and a pool table with stereo upstairs. The backside of the clubhouse features the spa and a beautiful sitting area. The closest grills are located just east of the pool area. ADDITIONAL: ★Keypad entry allows check-in at any time after 4PM (24 hour check-in). ★Digital Guest Welcome Book with instructions, HOA rules and regulations, tips, and owner's recommendations. ★Beach/pool towels and a cooler are provided for a relaxing day at the pool. ★Bed linens include pillows, sheets, comforter, and blankets. ★Bath linens include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup remover cloths and pool/beach towels. ★Consumables include starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods. Additional consumables can be purchased at the Fry's Grocery Store, located a short 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away. Other things to note Photo ID must be provided within 48 hours of a confirmed reservation. The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months (the air conditioning changes over to heat around the end of October to the beginning of November) and air conditioning is on during the warmer months (the heat changes over to air conditioning anywhere from the beginning of February to the beginning of March depending on the weather). Restaurants, bars and Sprouts Grocery walking distance across the street; Gainey Ranch and Phoenician golf courses within 12 minutes. This is a great location to access old town, Scottsdale. It does overlook the pool which has the advantage of an open balcony area. However, you do have to expect a lot of pool activity as well as early morning cleaning and pool preparation by the staff. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the laundry is close by for longer stays. The host is super responsive, which is fantastic if issues come up or you just have general questions. ##### jeff r. This condo’s location is perfect for a trip to Scottsdale! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as things to do. The on site staff does a great job of keeping the pool area and grounds very clean. The laundry room was just steps from the condo. I wanted a nice place to stay while taking a local class, and this was perfect. I plan to stay here again, when I return next year! ##### Sherri L. My husband and I had a wonderful stay for a long weekend winter getaway! The unit is in a perfect location with the pool and hot tub a short walk away. The balcony had a perfect view of the pool with sun most of the day, but also partly shaded if needed. I enjoyed that we had a corner unit, so the bedroom didn't have any walls connected to neighbor for peace and quiet and 2 windows for a cross breeze. I also appreciated all of the little details included to make our stay even better - choice of pillow firmness, oil and seasonings for cooking, toiletries provided in the bathroom, and Alexa to help with checking out, adjusting the temperature, or just playing music! The location to bars and restaurants was perfect for us to walk to and explore the mall and shops.
