The home is tucked in the foothills of Mount McDowell mountain range in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. in the evening, spark up the outdoor gas Kiva fireplace (no propane tanks to hassle with) and listen to the coyote calls bounce off the mountain range walls. In the morning, watch the sunrise and listen to a new set of wildlife celebrate the day. 🏠THE LAYOUT While "togetherness" is what makes special trips special, everyone needs their private space from time to time. This home is perfect for a small family or to include the Aunts, Uncles, and Grands! With open concept living area that leads to the outdoor mecca, each of the three bedrooms are located quite separately from the other. And each with their own TV, there's plenty of space to retreat from the crowd. The master (King) suites opens to the back yard mecca and features a romantic (candles only) fireplace, double sink en-suit bathroom, and a massive walk-in closet. The Queen en-suite opens to the other end of the backyard mecca. A rental agreement is required. Verification may require uploading a valid ID, Drivers License, or Passport, along with a self photo of the primary reservation holder. Confirmed reservations are conditional and may be cancelled pending verification results. 2\. A $500 security deposit in the form of a credit card “hold” is required. The “hold” occurs one day prior to check-in and is released 3 days after check-out. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 additional remediation fee. 6\. Pets are not permitted on the premises without pre-arrival notification and written permission. 7\. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. You enter and feel the welcoming warmth of this home. It’s really beautiful. Lots of room and great separation of space. Quiet neighborhood, property borders natural land. Pool is very nice. Very welcoming on arrival with lighting etc. lounge, kitchen and pool area particularly good. A shame the front door is not used by as part of the property appeal. We had issues immediately with a blown fuse affecting lighting etc, pool unheated and jacuzzi not heating. In addition the instructions for the house were not detailed enough for international customers. If you are not American there's stuff you wouldn't automatically know. Despite many attempts through text, email, vrbo and the coast to cactus chat from day of arrival no acknowledgement was received for the fuse, pool or jacuzzi issued, eventually on our 4th day and after much correspondence a man was sent to fix the fuse, pool and jacuzzi! By this point we only had a couple of days of our trip left and this low level of service is unacceptable for a property rental of this value. The service from Coast to Cactus really poor and frustrating. Our holiday was lesser because of it and we had a very disappointed family. We chose this property because of the outside space and facilities and could have chosen one without these for a cheaper price. We would like to be compensated for the issues. ##### Keran F. Breathtaking views getting to the home and once your in the backyard..wow! From sunrise to sunset and star gazing this place was one of our favorites! The extra amenities in this beautiful was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked from coffee to spices and zip lock baggies. Beds are super comfy and the neighborhood quiet.
