Active Cactus is located in an upscale family neighborhood in North Scottsdale that is close to major roads for with easy access to the 51 freeway and the new Paradise Valley Mall Redevelopment just a short walk away, along with dining tons of dining options and many more to come with the redevelopment. Costco, Walmart, and Target are all walking distance away on the other side of Tatum Boulevard.

We pride ourselves on ensuring our guests have an amazing vacation and are happy to help with recommendations throughout your stay! We are local and respond quickly. ~ Proudly certified Well & Good professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest.
1. No parties or events.
2. Do not smoke anything inside of the house.
3. We love animals too but pets of any kind are not allowed on the property.
4. No more than 10 overnight guests and no more than 15 people on the property at any time.
5. Please respect the city of Scottsdale’s quite times from 10 pm to 8 am. Noise violation fines range from $750 to $2500.
6. What happens here, stays here…including damaged property and broken items…please report any to your host immediately.
7. If it’s not yours, please don’t take it when you leave.
8. Please respect check in and out times. Checking in early or checking out late without prior approval could result in a charge of $50/hour.
9. No illegal activities on the property.
10. Make memories, not messes.
11. Don’t forget your host is only a click or call away should you have any questions on anything.
12. POOL: There is no lifeguard on duty. Absolutely no diving, horseplay, or glass by the pool. Leaving children under the age of 14 in the backyard or in pool unattended is strictly prohibited.
13. Adjusting or tampering with pool equipment is NOT allowed and will result in a charge of up to $250. If you have any issues with the pool - contact your host.
14. No fires are allowed in the fireplace for safety reasons.
15. Have a 5 star stay while you’re here!!! Enjoy yourselves and our properties amenities…just don’t break the rules, it could result in an early check out.
