2/10 Terrible

"The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best."

"Easy to get there from the directions that I got I like my room is very clean and I could also borrow a pot that I needed, which was very convenient for me I take transportation, and the transportation is easy to get to great place to get rest"

"Our stay was basically decent & appreciated, lid off nice choices on the breakfast buffet. But I’m not giving a stellar review for two reasons. 1. Cleanliness of the workout facility. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted or wiped down in days. 3 towels lying around. Obviously that’s not their fault but lack of courtesy from their clientele. I picked the towels up. The housekeeping staff was immediately responsive & the front desk & kitchen staff were also pleasant. Our room was very clean, so highs there. 2. Lousy coffee. I’m really not the biggest coffee snob in the world (at home I drink Folgers or Dunkin Donuts) but the coffee was not drinkable for me. It was weak & tasteless (both in the room & breakfast coffee set up). I realize that Residence Inn is on the discount end of the Marriott chain but coffee matters to people & is an important component of hospitality. Marriott can & should do better. TBH it will slow me down from choosing Residence Inn again."

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not with others in the same room. And parking shouldn't be $59 per night!"

"I got to check in after leaving a concert and they gave my room away causing me to have no where to stay for the night. The guy at the front desk said that he could book me for the next day instead and asked for my name and that was it. When we asked him if he needed my phone number or email or card number he acted confused and said he didn’t understand. I will never try and stay here again. Very disappointed and it ruined my weekend."

"This is a great hotel! Great location, beautiful on the outside and excellent parking. This is a newer hotel so it looks visually appealing and modern, has the cutest outside sitting area, a great bar, and the restaurant is delicious! The rooms are of course perfect, the showers are large with good water pressure and the beds are comfortable. My only feedback is I thought the staff weren’t overly friendly or helpful. They weren’t mean but not forward facing with the customer service. For this beautiful hotel, I would expect over the top customer service. Nonetheless, this was a great hotel and I would absolutely stay again."
