This property has an excellent location. Rittenhouse Square, restaurants/shopping and the subway are all within short walking distances. Historic locations/tourist sites were a little farther away but still within reasonable walking distances. Check-in is contactless with the instructions a breeze to follow. Bed and other furniture are comfortable. We had some minor issues with the television and the host was super responsive. There is a little noise from the establishment below and trash pick up but a white noise machine and ear plugs were provided. We did not utilize any housekeeping but it was available if needed. Extra towels and blanket were available as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Our apartment faced the street. If you’re in the bedroom you won’t hear any noise but in the living room you’ll hear the trash trucks, sirens & other traffic in the morning. The beer garden next door was pretty quiet considering there were games all weekend. The location is awesome! Near everything you want to do plus restaurants, bars, gelato, the farmers market within a block. There’s a Whole Foods close by & Uber Eats delivers from the wegmans. We cooked breakfast & dinner & ate lunch out. Only issue was the front door code changed halfway through our stay and we weren’t notified. Had to call them & get the new code but they were very helpful. Be aware that Walnut st closes down to car traffic on Sundays & becomes a walking st/outdoor living room. I wish every city did that. Would recommend to management providing more hooks in the bathroom & a set of instructions for setting up the sofa bed.

Good location in Center city. Clean and nice space. The bedroom was quite small so suitcases had to be left in the living room. It should be mentioned before booking that that there is a deposit to be paid before check in details are given. Also the 4pm check in was very late as we had arrived in the country on an international flight earlier in the morning. It was however a nice place to stay.

Disliked: Check-in
The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. The bathroom had about 30+ nets and bugs in it which was pretty gross because they got in the shower as well. The layout of the units is actually very nice. But the above described the issues just are a turn off. When you take into account that check-in is at 4 PM and check out is 11 AM, you are really just paying for a 19 hour stay, so a late check out is ordinarily complementary, but not the case with this situation. Each little bit is reaching for your money and I don’t like that because it speaks of greed. They at least could’ve checked on the units and when they noticed the bug situation handled it because it was quite obvious.

We had trouble with the keypad, and could not get an answer from customer service (left several voicemails). Then, once we finally got in, the elevator broke and we were stuck in the basement for over an hour. We had to call the fire station to get us out. Finally, someone from the building came over, but it was over an hour after we called. I would not recommend this stay

There’s no hot water in the shower. Some of the windows have broken chains. Very loud because of the beer garden next door.

The shower tub needs to be properly cleaned. They hadn't provided the correct code for entering the building. The unit itself matched the description and had full kitchen with dishes, cutlery, which is very convenient for those who are staying more than a night.. It also has a washer and dryers. Great location.

There’s no hot water. It’s lukewarm at best. There’s a beer garden next-door so it’s really loud. However it is Center City so that is to be considered. The queen size beds are very small. The kitchens are nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location.

Apartment is very central and rather quiet. There is the beer garden next door that gets a bit noisy Wed-Sunday but it nots bothersome, and if you are traveling alone it actually adds ambiance. In any case unless you go to bed before 10, its is totally fine as the it closes and noise is gone.

Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops! There was a convenient parking garage, literally just around the corner, and for the city, it was reasonably priced. I used the link Sosuite provided to make reservations at the parking garage. As a woman traveling alone in an unfamiliar city, I felt absolutely safe and comfortable, staying here and in this neighborhood. Thank you!
