Online photos are accurate and up-to-date. Modern appliances, modern LED lighting. As with most vrbo units these days, you are on your own for TV: I was able to install my app and login ok. Within walking distance from restaurants, live theater; a short drive to grocery, local parks, shopping malls. My only complaint was beyond the host's control: street parking. Usually I got a spot right in front of the unit; other times the best I could do was 1/4 mile away. Not a problem unless carrying something, or a steady rain.
