« Very dirty hotel and terrible service. Supposedly breakfast is included, but we didn't find any food and when we asked at reception, they said it wasn't included, it's a scam. I don't recommend this hotel. Hotel très sale et service catastrophe. supposé le petit déjeuner est inclus, mais on a rien trouvé comme aliments et lorsqu'on a demandé à la réception, ils ont dit que ce n'est pas inclus, c'est de l'arnaque. je déconseille cet hotel »

« My room was in horrible shape. Visible dead bugs under the bedding, dirty & damaged walls and doors. The front desk is behind bullet-proof glass. "Très déçue de l’hôtel The Logan à Philadelphie. Malheureusement, le « By Hilton » nous a faussé notre choix. Un service déplorable, un sens de l’accueil inexistant et un personnel froid et virulent. Les prix ne sont pas exorbitant et je comprends mieux pourquoi. Bonne option pour une ou deux nuits si on fait abstraction de l’humain. "

"Service catastrophique, nonchalance envers leurs hôtes, en 12 jours la chambre a été nettoyé 2 fois ils font la sourde oreille à nos réclamations, les serviettes faut les ramener pour les échanger, ont été obligé de changer de chambre problème de climatisation et la piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner."
