"The water temp.in the shower was never steady and the water pressure was pretry bad. The staff and cleanliness of the hotel waa excellent!"

"All in all, we enjoyed our stay--cleanliness, ease of communication, and detailed notes about check in and check out were excellent. The place was more than comfortable for 4 people for 3 nights (1 person for 1 night). The bathrooms for far exceeded our expectations: high water pressure in the shower and immaculate condition of the bathrooms and kitchen. I also liked the fact that the host provided a separate bin for recycles. Most importantly, we appreciated a rental with dedicated parking space, which was the most important amenity for us given that we were out of town. If I had an opportunity to be here for a work retreat, I would rent this place in a heartbeat. "

"Very clean and awesome room! Would recommend using to others. Slight smell within the building, but you get used to it quickly. "

"Amazing hotel, beautiful and in a tremendous neighborhood full of great restaurants. "

"The check in process was horrible, I was sent a code the day before to get inside of the property along with instructions, come to find out the code didn’t work and the key to the home was missing. I waited 3 hours trying to communicate with the host until I got a reply back. The back door lock wasn’t working seem like it was broke, one person had to stay in the home while we went outside because again we couldn’t lock the front door. Water was leaking from the front door into the home when someone took a shower. The couch is sunken in. The upstairs floors are very squeaky they can use strips on the steps because them stairs are very slippery. Overall this is a great property just needs to look into the things I pointed out. Also parking was great as. Check out time was 11am and the cleaning lady showed up at 9:55am while we was getting ourselves together to leave very inconvenient because we didn’t get into the property until 7:30pm and we arrived around 4:30pm. At least the parking was great that’s the only thing I can brag about "
