« This rating is for functionality- bc the first night we woke up by a VERY LOUUUD electric appliance (sump pump?) directly under the bedroom floor. I guess bc the walls and floors are very thin/old/no carpet or rugs. Holy cow! We moved to the other br the next night and slept better, but still heard that appliance in the basement on and off.
