"Fantastically updated top floor apartment with three fabulous balconies that have beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. It was spotless, and had everything necessary for a family of five to have the best vacation in Nice! Communication was wonderful, as was the location. "Start with the good; Clean. Great armoire for clothes. A/C was very important in July and it worked very well. Location is truly excellent, right where you want to be. Nice quiet street with friendly people walking around. Bed and beddings very comfortable and cool and I slept very well. Not good: Very heavy door leading into the building. Be aware if you are older or do not have muscle tone. Stairs only leading up to first floor apartment. No bidet in bathroom. Iron bars on the apartment...
