Nos merveilleux cottages à Petersfield

« Pet friendly cottage with small back garden. Well equipped kitchen and comfy bedroom with nice linens. Bathroom is fine but really needs a head height bracket for the shower head, without one water goes everywhere as you try to juggle the shower head and soaping up😀 House is on a very quiet street and has easy access to dogs walls including local pub. TV has limited channels but house Wi-Fi worked well. Given proximity to local attractions (Bosham, the Witterings, Chichester and Arundel) would...

« A deceptively large house which has been beautifully updated. The back dining/kitchen area is lovely. Cute courtyard garden. The car park space is very small and difficult to access. Very close to town centre which was great. Easy to walk into town. Would stay again. »

« Le cottage est magnifique, bien équipé et confortable. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer et visiter les alentours en voiture : Southampton , Porthmouth, Île de Wight et Brighton. Une connexion internet de haut niveau : merci StarLink ! Malheureusement le temps n’a pas permis de tester le barbecue. Si nous en avons l’occasion, nous reviendrons avec plaisir »

« Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

« A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Stables. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The hosts were helpful and the setting is idyllic with pheasants and wildlife all around. Close to lots of forest walks and to local pubs and to the pretty village of Petworth. We were at the cottage for almost three weeks and it felt like home when we left. Very central for a visit to West Sussex and all that it has to offer. »

« Very happy with our stay. The lodge was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Beautifully private and quiet. Lots of wildlife around. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to our wonderful host. »

« Great big house in a good location, close to shops and marina. Lovely and quiet. Had all the amenities you needed including big fridge/freezer, big beds, large dining area, washing machine, plenty of bathrooms, plenty parking space and a lovely private garden space for a hot tub rental. Our host was great and had the accommodation ready for us at our planned arrival time. We enjoyed our stay for the week and would recommend it to anyone coming to the solent. »

« We spent 4 great days at Dan's who was so welcoming and friendly. The bedroom is very big and the bed is so comfy. Dans provides some cereals, croissants, orange juice and hot drinks every morning. Another perk was that we could use the kitchen and cook our meals, or take an already prepared salad on the table outside to enjoy the sun in the garden. Cherry on the cake: Dan has got a kayak we used to paddle along the coast which was fun. We practised our English over a drink on our last night. »

« We had a very comfortable stay at woodland cottage. Everything we needed was available. .A great find. »

« Lovely place to stay nice and quiet Lovely views clean and tidy will Definitely recommend to family and friends »

« Pros - great location, near pub and nice coffee shop. Short walk to beach. Cons - not very clean on arrival, mould problem in bathroom, strong damp smell throughout property. Had planned to cook but found mould growing on wooden spoons and cobwebs on the pans - so ate out instead! Having read through the comments in the visitor book we could see these issues had been raised several times, so it’s disappointing they haven’t been addressed. Would not stay again. »
