The pebble shore reveals large stretches of sand as the tide goes out, and is just a short, flat walk from the house. Local shops and pubs are plentiful nearby, and there are larger supermarkets including M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi and Lidl within a 5-10 minute drive. Nearby sights, attractions and day trips include Bailiffscourt Spa in Climping, Butlins with its indoor and outdoor water park and a range of entertainment and rides, the historic market town of Arundel, the cathedral city of Chichester, the South Downs, and the Goodwood Estate.
