"Empty toilet roll in holder but apart from that everything was good and clean. Nice room with plenty of space. Aircon was not working it would not turn on. Safe in room is a nice touch, but sadly no fridge. Shame really as the room deserves one. Nice quality black out curtains. Staff are excellent! Overall for the price i paid it was well worth the money. I have stayed many times and will be back soon. "

"Booked 3rd bed had brown stain on mattress cover . Booked breakfast but discovered only one voucher for myself and two children. Minimal information given as to how to use voucher ."

"There is a good amount of on-site parking which feels secure and the hotel is a short walk from the City Centre. The reception area (pictured) is quite small so you'll need to lounge elsewhere. Not sure why the reception insisted on my photographic ID upon checking in."
